After registration and pairing and renaming I was still unable to use this Smart Finder to find my iPhone or my iPhone to find the Smart Finder device. ### 1/5 — Useless *2018-09-15, version 1.7* As soon as I go out of range of my tracker the app looses the tracker and I must re-pair the tracker to the app. It appears that the only time it is useful is if you remain in range of the tracker. To use the tracker as a trigger for the camera shutter is nice, but it only works with the camera that is in the app. ### 1/5 — Stopped working and pairing *2018-04-21, version 1.7* Replaced battery in LEXER tag after it stopped working. Have not been able to re-establish pairing since then. Deleted and re-downloaded app several times but it appears when you replace the battery, it is permanently disabled from operation. The Key Finder I have with it will not pair whatsoever and I am following the instructions thoroughly. This review is coming from a technologically inclined guy. The app and device are sketchy and work sporadically. It seems as though the location tracker is only tracking the phone the app is installed on. The Bluetooth radar to find the missing device tag does not respond. The camera turns on to shoot the phone location only. Как только выходишь из приложения - оно отсоединяется. Может сработать antiloss. Батарейка садится тоже вроде очень быстро. На Ali Express поставил хорошую оценку и теперь понял, что это ошибка :) как альтернатива пользуюсь Bluetooth устройствами nut - вполне доволен. Они вроде хоть и работают, чтобы их не терять, а не находить в первую очередь, но работают они гораздо стабильнее и приятнее. А это - крайне не рекомендую пока. Может исправятся, конечно. Instructions are hard to make sense of. I can never get the search button to work on the app. The app never connects the device to my phone therefore rendering the device useless. Camera button/ options do not work. There is no number for customer service. Poorly made app, I wish it was compatible with one that properly worked. This app works great with the ifind devices. Simple to install and work and has helped me find my keys in many situations ### 5/5 — Change the name *2017-12-22, version 1.2* How do you change the name of the device? I see no possible way as of right now. Other than that, this app works and it is loud enough to hear around the house.
