Functionality missing; WL app better
While you can do basic research on the app, you cannot: (i) save to folders, (ii) highlight; (iii) copy citations, and (iv) currently e-mail case or other sources to your self. Supposedly e-mail should be working for me but it isn’t. No one can seem to resolve the issue. No one reaches out. Developers seem to have no interest in making a usable platform with the functionality we need as lawyers. Using Lexis creates overbilling issues and depletes efficiency.

Terrible
The whole point of using legal research platforms like Lexis is to cite to relevant authorities in your research. Making the app so that the copy citation feature does not work completely defeats the purpose of its intended use and the mobile website is set up just as bad so that you aren’t able to see the citation on screen to be able to copy it. You would think with all the modern tech of AI that we’d at least have an effective mobile version of Lexis out now. I’m extremely disappointed. I would normally choose Lexis over WestLaw for ease of use, but in terms of mobile features, WestLaw has Lexis beat. Lexis can only be effectively used on a computer.

Not functional
This has little to no functionality. No ability to highlight. Needs some basic features for this to be good.
Lacking
Can this app really be called “Lexis+” if it doesn’t even resemble the website? It also completely lacks the new AI functionality. I may as well open Lexis in Safari on my iPhone.
What is the Point
I’m not really sure of the point of having an app that has less features than the calculator on my iPhone. Billions of dollars at Lexis’ disposal and this is the end product? I mean you can’t even access cases saved or click on cases previously searched. Take this app and put it in the garbage where it belongs. Tighten up, Lexis!
