## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Screen is no longer viewable

*2021-10-15*

This used to be an app I relied upon. Recent changes in the day/night mode have rendered this app unusable. There are no settings to fix it either. Who thought this was a good idea and who are the people that quality checked it? Please fix it so that we can get back to using your product.

### 1/5 — App crashes

*2015-03-19*

Useless. Keeps crashing and locking up

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2015-03-14*

Worthless right now. Cannot run any people or vehicles without app crashing.

### 1/5 — Can't log in

*2014-11-23*

Won't let you log in. Asks for username and password then freezes.

### 1/5 — Junk junk junk! Can't login!

*2013-09-01*

DON'T WAST A SINGLE SECOND ON THIS PILE OF RUBBISH!!! It doesn't work for squat!!!

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2011-08-14*

Horrible, horrible, horrible - fire every idiot that worked on this app!!!!

Can't even log in - says incorrect user name or password.

Don't waste your time with this app!!!

### 1/5 — Login

*2011-07-18*

Do you have to pay extra to use this app because my normal username and password said "login failed. Empty results." I tried it several times.

### 2/5 — No investigative reliability whatsoever

*2016-05-04*

This review was long until my iPhone deleted it when it detected a non-unique nickname.

### 3/5 — Improve Day/Night Mode Settings

*2021-07-01*

If your iPhone display is in night mode then you will not be able to see the information because the print is still dark on a dark background. Also wish you could login with Face ID.

### 3/5 — This is for Law-Enforcement Officers.

*2015-03-02*

You have to already have a Law-Enforcement username/login. This program is only for Law-enforcement. There is a civilian version, but either way, you have to be a existing subscriber in order to access this.

It's great for when your in the field but the info is limited for some reason. In order to get the subjects full profile, you have to run them via the online version. This app would get 5 stars if it provided the same info as the online version - Also, Pictures would be great!

Don't give the app a bad review because you failed to read the full description.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — More search options

*2011-06-07*

Great! I wish there was a way you could make it like the website- where after you rub a search you could click on a name or an address then search for all vehicles associated.

Also I can't get property searches to return a result

### 5/5 — Accurint Mobile

*2011-06-02*

Great addition to already super product. Going Mobile is the logical next step for us.

### 5/5 — Finally! GREAT app!

*2011-06-02*

Great, we finally have the best Search tool available on the iPhone/iPad platforms! This is extremlly cool... Well done LexisNexis.

### 5/5 — Wow

*2011-06-02*

Accurint leads the pack. They have the most innovative solutions and this changes everything. I am going to use this every day now!

### 4/5 — need full identifiers!!!

*2011-10-22*

To even have access to this app you must have an LE login. If that's the case, then you rate the full ssn and dob information. That's my biggest complaint. Please fix this and the app will be 5 stars all around.

### 4/5 — It is about time!!!

*2011-06-01*

Add the Comp report and more searches

### 3/5 — Great idea...Functionality weak...interface weak...

*2011-06-15*

Anyone who uses Accurint on their desktop knows what a great thing a mobile app could be. This first version of Accurint Mobile is not that great thing. It was so limited in its function that it seemed like a rush job to get it on the market.
Property searches didn't work. "Alert! Refine search criteria..." No. It didn't matter what I put in. It wouldn't work.
The people searches were weak and didn't provide information in fields that should have been populated. Not just that it only gave first degree relatives, but that it only gave two, where it should have given 6.
However, for a quick tool in the field, it was ok. Just OK.
Fortunately, there is a lot of room for improvement, and I imagine it will only get better.
I mean, it's Accurint. The possibilities are enormous.
I'm hoping this next version will represent Accurint/ LEXIS NEXIS well.
