Scrolling is laggy and then it renders like the TOC is a series of bitmaps it’s downloading over a slow connection instead of native UI which is strange. ### 3/5 — Crazy *2023-05-01* You go through all of the downloads, reading, and following instructions, and still can’t utilize. ### 1/5 — Good app, a few suggestions *2020-10-05* I would give 5 stars if they fixed the following issues (1) highlighting lag - idk why this is happening (2) highlighting always makes an annoying box on top appear which I then have to click x. Even when I am in the highlighting tool. (3) if u have too many annotations, then the annotations tab for the book just won’t load. This issue also occurs on the desktop website so idk if the app can be fixed (4) offer a way to copy and paste our highlights/annotations without the annoying citation at the end. Update 10-1-2020: unable to make any highlight. App is crashing nonstop. I can’t even turn the pages anymore. Please fix it **Developer response:** Hello, Vicky! Where is the motivation to download these products? **Developer response:** Hello! The materials being offered via the LexisNexis Digital Library are purchased by an organization's law library, and are provided free of charge to members of said library. We do not sell digital books through this app, but rather provide a way for library members to access the content that their law library provides. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Really? *2020-03-02* Hard to believe that Lexis would release such a worthless product. And hard to believe that the favorable reviews aren’t shills. I waited so many minutes for a book to download that I gave up. And once a book finally downloads, the app lacks basic functionality. Instead of Lexis’ usually robust search tools, you get only Google-type search capabilities. If you’re using a multi-volume set, you can browse the TOC, but you can’t hyperlink to the contents. As for customer service, good luck — I’ve been waiting 45 minute for a call back. Somehow, Lexis has created a digital library that’s less useful than pulling a book off a shelf and rifling the pages.
