I bought this printer with the intention on subscribing to toner. I’m signed into the app. I can manage my printer. I choose the option to subscribe, I choose the plan, I enter payment info and then it never completes. I have contacted support, they wanted to get details from my browser, I told them I have the same issue from the mobile app, the website, tried accessing the site from multiple computers. Created a new account, with a different email address, same problem. I just ordered an HP printer, that’s my solution. ### 1/5 — Wifi connection *2025-08-26, version 1.2.234* It’s almost impossible to make the WiFi connection working. ### 1/5 — Nonsensical Garbage *2025-06-14* You have to already have your printer connected to your network…in order to connect the printer to a network. The receipt showed an S in front of the serial number and that is not acceptable when trying to register. I checked online as to where to look for the serial number and finally called customer service. It was not on the back panel, which is where it said to look online. It is actually inside the front panel. Good to know.. no, it says my printer is locked and I have no idea how to get back to admin to unlock it.
