The Lexus Connect app has been completely unreliable since late February or early March 2026, and it still hasn’t been properly fixed. This is extremely unprofessional from a company like Lexus. How is it possible that after more than six months, the server and app issues are still not resolved? The app is an important part of the connected-car experience, and customers should not have to deal with a service being unavailable for this long. Honestly, this issue has become so frustrating that I am seriously considering selling my Lexus because of it.
