While the app is generally functional, its performance feels noticeably slower than expected. More importantly, a number of key features that enhance convenience and user engagement appear to be unavailable in the UAE,  including: • Remote vehicle unlocking • Digital Key functionality • Integration of the Digital Key into Apple Wallet / Samsung Wallet • The ability to send navigation destinations directly to the vehicle • Remote parking  • Even simple personalization features like adding a profile photo These capabilities are now widely available across other premium automotive brands such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz, as well as in several more affordable brands like Kia, all of which offer a more seamless and feature-rich connected experience. Given Lexus’s position as a leader in luxury and innovation, I kindly urge your team to consider enabling these functionalities in the Middle East region, as they are already available in other global markets. I truly appreciate the craftsmanship and engineering behind Lexus vehicles, and I share this feedback with the intention of enhancing the ownership experience for myself and many others across the region. Every command, from remote start to locking the doors, suffers from significant delays without providing immediate confirmation. Furthermore, it doesn't even include standard features like remote trunk release. The overall experience feels unpolished and of poor quality, which is deeply disappointing and unacceptable for a luxury brand like Lexus. The Lexus Connect app has been completely unreliable since late February or early March 2026, and it still hasn’t been properly fixed. This is extremely unprofessional from a company like Lexus. How is it possible that after more than six months, the server and app issues are still not resolved? The app is an important part of the connected-car experience, and customers should not have to deal with a service being unavailable for this long. Honestly, this issue has become so frustrating that I am seriously considering selling my Lexus because of it.
