An ok app for checking on your car charge or whether doors are locked but frustrating that every few days it forgets who you are and you need to go through full log on procedure. 
My only experience of the charging network was shocking -using the Lexuscard/app I was charged 30% more than the cost I’d paid through a debit card for the same charger and same time of day!!

On most occasions the functions operate well but responses are slower than I would expect.  The most irritating issues are the App becoming frozen when WiFi is not readily found even when a strong 4 or 5G signal is showing on my iPhone or when another conflict is detected.  There appears to be no way of exiting the App short of turning my phone off.  The log in process is also unnecessarily complicated requiring too many steps.

An und für dich gute App….ABER: wenn der Digital Key genutzt wird, hast Du vielleicht ein Problem. Ich hatte es jedenfalls: Stehe an der Ladesäule und hatte die Lexus Link+ App geschlossen. Wollte nach dem Ladevorgang wieder wegfahren, ging nicht. Warum? Kein Internet!! Gibt’s ja leider des Öfteren in Deutschland. Und jetzt? Ohne Schlüssel an der Autobahn wird’s doof. Zum Glück war McDonald’s in der Nähe, mit offenem WLAN. App geöffnet und zurück zum Auto (das ich noch nicht mal mehr abschließen konnte). Echt schlecht!! Warum lässt sich die App nicht einfach per Passwort öffnen? Das Auto ist mit Bluetooth verbunden, alles wäre in Ordnung gewesen. So macht es jedenfalls BMW, da hatte ich nie solche nervigen Probleme. Ergo: Immer Schlüssel dabei haben! Nur wozu dann den Digital Key??? Ein schlauer Programmierer wird’s wohl wissen….

Having logged in once it would be great if face recognition then worked every time but it doesn’t. 
Have to repeatedly enter my e mail and password which is annoying.

In Canada and the US- the app can be used to start the engine and park the car while you stand outside. But not in Europe.

It has taken a while to get used to this new version. The previous version was much clearer and easier to see the important things without extra clicks. 

Please can you include MPG on the ‘trips’ page instead of average speed. I am sure people are much more interested in MPG than average speed. It would be good to not have to click into everyone trip to see it like you could before, especially as when you go back it takes you to the top of the list instead of remembering your place in the list.

Keeps disconnecting and logging off the app. Every time as soon as I close the app, it logs me out of app and I have to login again which is very frustrating. It also keep loosing internet connection despite of good service not sure why…!!!

Mon iPhone m’a bien signalé à temps que ma batterie 12 V était insuffisamment chargée. Je l’ai donc mise en charge toute une nuit, puis ai roulé une quinzaine de km le lendemain. L’ennui est que le voyant d’alerte est toujours actif…
Comment faire pour supprimer cette alerte si elle ne s’efface pas d’elle-même ?

The software is very outdated for a 2024 car , when you can get a lot more for your money with a Mercedes , KIA , BYD and on and on. They are better mechanically and much improved software versions. The developer can check their competitors for how much more extras comes as standard for that age car , more choices and options in the car assistance software, door lights , dashboard screen style changes, and so on and on.

Leider funktioniert seit ein paar Tagen die Übersicht der Fahrten nicht mehr. 
Da wir sie bei mehreren Fahrern jedoch benötigen, ist das recht ärgerlich .

**Developer response:** Lieber Lexus Kunde, die App wurde kosmetisch optimiert. Der Menüpunkt für die Fahrdaten ist weiterhin vorhanden und heißt nun entweder "Fahrdaten Performance" oder "Hybrid Performance". Sie finden diesen Menüpunkt unter "Meine Fahrzeuge", wenn Sie ein wenig runterscrollen. Über den Reiter "Details" können Sie sich die einzelnen Informationen im Detail ansehen.

I’m at a bit of a loss with the software side of the charging schedule. Schedule is present and works for days/weeks and then suddenly gets lost. It therefore charges instantly upon plugging in and then the only way to stop charging is physically by unlocking the car.

Unreliable app needing to be signed in more often than any other app. App is very basic compared to others, and not user friendly, smart charging not able to be programmed. The car, home charger, customer service and back up are not much better. Stay away from anything Lexus!!!!!
