Remote Connect – Start or stop your engine, and lock or unlock your doors, among other features, including Digital Key (2) and Last Parked Location
Service Connect and Maintenance Made Simple – Schedule service with your Lexus Dealer and track your vehicle’s health
Drive Connect – Map your route using Cloud navigation, Live agent support via Destination Assist, and Voice commands like “Hey Lexus. Take me home” will help you get where you want to be
Safety Connect includes Roadside Assistance Support - press the SOS button inside your Lexus for enhanced roadside assistance.
The “Assist 24/7” button on the dashboard allows you to get roadside assistance support by phone (2)

(1) Lexus Interface Services vary by vehicle and are subject to change at any time without notice. Services depend on 4G network availability, a cellular connection and GPS signal. Without anyone or more of these things, operability may be limited or precluded, including access to response center and emergency support. Further, if and when 4G network changes or is discontinued, or the underlying technology required to support service becomes obsolete, then the Lexus Interface Services will not work, and Lexus will need to discontinue impacted services. your tech is the worse, I came from a ‘22 Sienna where I didn’t have the problems that I have experienced with this Lexus Tx350, nearly every time I am having setup CarPlay then most of the apps don’t work. Also with my Sienna i had up to 36 presets for my listening pleasure, but not here!!! And it gave me 20 minutes of recording playback when I was listening to Sirius,but again not here, 
it gives me one song!!!
These are the few frustrations, lastly when using the door lock button I have to search for it and there is no sound to let me know that the door is locked or unlocked and the little indicator light is useless, there is just one light. It is a nice vehicle but you could have done much better!!!

I’m throughly enjoying the app and its ease of use. Navigating is easy and seamless. I only have one issue: updating to get an update power supply. I pull down a thousand times to get an update when charging and in some instances when it’s not charging. It would be so much better if that feature worked correctly.

This is ridiculous… I have been in the phone approx 7 times between last week and this week. They were unsuccessful of resolving my issue to where I could connect and utilize remote start. I have been transferred to several ppl and it has become annoying.

This app used to be amazing. But it quit working with my watch. My watch says you have to log in on the app. I am.  And using the app is painful because you have to press and hold whereas with the watch you don’t. Latest update broke everything and there is no way to get help to fix it.

I hate when I am out and try to use the app to turn on my car just to be told I have to update the app. This app doesn’t allow you to bypass this update to do it later when wi-fi is available. This happens several times a year.
