## What is Lezio?

Lezio keeps your lesson calendar, each student’s balance and the chat with students and parents in one place. It is made for independent tutors, music teachers and language teachers.

Confirm the lessons and record received payments to see the student's balance at a glance
Students and parents can sign in to see their own schedule and balance, and ask to reschedule or cancel a lesson in the app.

CALENDAR
• Set a weekly slot once and the lessons appear on your calendar by themselves
• Group lessons, one-off lessons, and breaks or holidays the schedule skips
• Day, week and month views
• Online or in person, with the link to the online lesson kept on the lesson
• Two-way calendar sync with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, if you want it
• A reminder before each lesson
• Past lessons can confirm themselves overnight, or you confirm them in one step

PAYMENTS AND BALANCES
• A balance for every student, in their own currency
• Log a payment in a few taps: cash, bank transfer or however your students already pay
• Due shows what is still to be paid, per student and in total
• Earnings by week or month, per student or in total
• Lezio records payments, it never handles your money and sends no invoices

STUDENTS AND PARENTS
• Students and parents get their own account with their schedule, balance and chat
• Requests to reschedule or cancel arrive in the app, and you decide
• Parental access for younger students; the student always sees when a parent can read the chat
• Everything works the same if a student never opens the app

CHAT
• A chat with each student, parent and group, with photos, videos and files
• Messages and attachments are stored encrypted on the server

BOOKING PAGE
• A public page with your profile and open times, where new students can book you directly

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
• Without a connection, changes are saved on the device and sent once you are back online
• Light and dark theme
• English, German, Russian and Ukrainian

YOUR DATA
• Servers in the EU
• No ads, and your data is never sold
• Export everything your account holds, or delete the account in Settings

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.5.2 — 2026-11-04

• The calendar’s display button: use the lesson’s name, first names only, side panel, weekends, cancelled lessons – each applies at once.
• The month view takes the full width and reads like a calendar: times in one column, names next to them, note and file marks at the end.
• Days of the neighbouring months stay readable, and the 1st carries its month’s name.
• Unavailable time shows as a bar across its month cell; a day with more lessons than room says how many and opens the whole day.
• Week cards shrink a long name before cutting it.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-11-03

• Earnings opens on this month, with what is still expected and who owes you.
• Edit photos before sending: crop, draw, text, filters and more.
• A new media viewer, with Save and Save all.
• Tap a message for its menu, hold and drag to select several, swipe left to reply.
• Signing in with Google or Apple on an address with a password asks for it once.
• Many fixes for free lessons and payments.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-10-31
