خدمة الزبائن سيئة الى درجة مخجلة، استقطعوا مبلغ من عندي وطلبت ارجاع كل يوم يقولون اي وراح يتواصل وياك قسم الفاينانس وبعدين قاموا ما يجاوبون على الرسائل. مع الاسف يصير تعاملهم بهالسوء على مبلغ بسيط، لو معتذرين وكاتبين ما نقدر نرجع المبلغ هم على عيني وراسي ولكن اسلوب انه ما يجاوبون ما يليق بشركة محترمة.
تحديث:
ما اقدر ادخل وافتح محادثة جديدة خاصة بالطلب لانه مسحوا المحادثة القديمة والطلب صارله شهر بعد ما يسمحلي افتح محادثة.
