### 1/5 — Outdated app

*2025-12-05, version 1.2*

This app has not been updated in 7 years. Barely compatible with the latest iOS 26.1, and it is very difficult to enter your username and password to access your account. The layout does not match current OS/hardware. There are plenty of us who would gladly help update this app if the Louisville Free Public Library needs the free resources. Please reach out.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2022-10-27, version 1.2*

Doesn’t look like it’s been updated in a long time, just a blank screen when you open the app. A real shame, I love the LFPL.

### 1/5 — A[icee of crap

*2021-02-26, version 1.2*

Your app stinks

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2014-11-24, version 1.0*

Was a good app until it just comes up saying to contact the library.

### 2/5 — What happened??

*2019-09-03, version 1.2*

This app was outstanding until today 9/3/19
I uninstalled & reinstalled & it still isn’t working.
Please fix this. Thank you we love LFPL APP!

### 4/5 — Good app but could use a few additional features

*2020-03-11, version 1.2*

I use this app almost every day. I love LFPL. Louisville is so lucky to have such a great library system. However, this app needs to be updated for fingerprint login. I also wish I could sort my saved lists (on the app and website) in various ways, like by author or title or dewey decimal call number would be really good. Occasionally there is some lag moving from page to page in the app and weirdly it does it quite often when I’m at one of the library branches.

### 4/5 — It works fine but lacks features

*2019-09-22, version 1.2*

The app has never given me any trouble but I do wish it had some more features. To start I wish it would keep me logged into my Library account, also I wish it would scale to newer iPhone screens properly rather than just having black bars, I would also like to be able to add my library card to the Apple Wallet app, and I wish the design felt more modern. But like I said functionally the app works it just feels a little out of date.

### 5/5 — Amazing updates!!

*2026-04-20, version 2026.10*

This app is so easy to use! I love being able to link my husband and children to see when their books are due. I love the calendar that shows when and where there are story times and events. I love how simple it is to renew books or place holds now. Just so many amazing things all in one app simply to use instead of having to search the website. Love this update so so much!!!!
