Very very bad service and monopoly of the company . I strongly suggest not to buy any LG products. You will regret so much after buying. Bhul se bhi mat lena bahot pachhataoge.

I had a very disappointing experience with LG Shopping (West Service). I purchased a monitor from them, but when it was delivered, it was damaged. I reported the issue immediately and was told that I would receive a refund. However, it's been over four months, and I still haven’t received my money back.

Despite multiple follow-ups, there's been no proper response or resolution. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I trusted LG as a brand, but this experience has made me lose confidence in their service, especially from this particular branch.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from LG Shopping (West Service). Make sure you have clear terms and fast resolution in case something goes wrong — because in my case, nothing has been resolved even after months of waiting.
