The app never allowed me to access any information. When loading I would get a data loading message and nothing happened.

you cannot connect to this unless you are home and connect to the enerbox's wifi. it is pretty much only useful for the installers and even then it is a stretch.. Very few options and it is VERY VERY slow and out dated

Terms of service agreement screen shows up but does not allow you to select anything, preventing the user from being able to access the app itself.

Unable to connect to panels via the app, however, can connect to LG monitoring web site.   When starting app, either get frozen initial screen or a timeout message after about three minutes.  Was able to connect by joining the local network generated by the Enervu device standing next to panels.  LG Solar support is voicemail only that doesn’t appear to return calls.   Online support not answered and no online forum.

Unlike their competitors, there is no panel level monitoring available for end users, while it is available to installers.

The only function this app has is to display its terms of use, which is multiple multiple pages. Upon reading to the end, the app has no other function and no other options. 
Exiting the app and returning treats the user to the  same lovely display of the terms of use. And does absolutely nothing else. There are no confusing buttons. There are no options to puzzle over. This app is elegant and its super simplicity.
Removing and reinstalling the app results more of the same. It is very reliable and displaying its terms of use.
And I must admit, this app displays the terms of use very very well.
