So for the life of me I don’t know why anyone would go for a big bank when there’s LGE who does so much more for their customers. When my husband and I joined finances he saw immediately how passionately I talked about LGE and knew there was no convincing me to switch to Chase. I do like Chase’s freedom credit card better than LGE but other than that Chase has nothing I want. ### 5/5 — LGE *2025-09-20, version 4018.0.0* I just really like LGE Credit Union they have helped me and they are there when I needed them. My business name is 3 long words and I got tired of writing it on the back of each check so purchased a stamp but about 50% of the time I still have to manually endorse it. This especially maddening when I have several checks to deposit. I KNOW this is the issue because I always try several times with each check before I give in and manually endorse and then BAM it works. PLEASE resolve this issue. They been doing this for at least if not longer, kneecapping the amount I’ve been able to save. It crashes constantly, the UI is terrible, and it locked me out for absolutely no reason. I had to call and get that fixed. Putting info in is terrible. Constantly locked out of my account and after a password reset, it’s still the same issue. I can use web browser just fine. This app should be fixed as the credit unions branch hours are 9-6 which is the same as MANY other folks hours at their job. You can’t transfer money from your business LOC. You can only transfer $1,000 per day between your own accounts. The app review is about par with the way I feel about LGE overall.
