ダイレクトチャットやグループの作成、トークルームの移動など1年程度使っても、直感的に操作できない。
スタンプ機能もなく、利用促進が進まない。

ブックマーク機能などはいいが、チェック機能なども欲しい。

音が小さく短い通知音しかしないので、大事な通知に気づかない
生活レベルに応じた音を自由に独自設定できるようシステム変更で対応してもらいたい

着信音が小さすぎて連絡が気が付けない。大事な連絡がタイムリーに気が付けないのは自治体向けとしてあまりに致命的過ぎる。せめてLINE程度には着信音設定を行えるようにして貰えないと実用に耐えない。機能はいいのに勿体無い。今後のアップグレードに期待。
