Ich habe sie auf einem Flug von San Franzisko nach Frankfurt mit meinem Sitz noch koppeln können und mich darauf gefreut nicht mehr den erratisch und super langsam reagierenden Touchscreen nutzen zu müssen. Leider hat es nicht funktioniert. Liebe LH, investiert lieber in vernünftige Entertainment Systeme oder lasst das Streaming des Angebots direkt auf die Endgeräte zu. Dieser workaround für veraltetes Equipment ist einer Premiummarke nicht würdig und viele andere maches deutlich besser. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert Nicht *2025-06-01, version 1.3.4* Zu allererst wird nicht im Buchungsprozess auf diese App hingewiesen man muss es vor dem Flug wissen um sie zu installieren. Im Flugzeug konnte keiner meiner Freunde sein Handy koppeln manche bekamen keinen Koppelungscode andere konnten keinen Ton hören. In allem eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. The app successfully paired with the seat back but there was no audio. App kept crashing upon pairing with the seatback. The onboard screen I had was annoying to use and unresponsive so this might have helped depending on what it does if it actually would work and not crash. Their main app and this entertainment nonsense app lags a decade behind other airlines. It is difficult to tell why they haven’t caught up. On the plane, itself, they have a large screen that only interfaces with a mono disposable headphone like its is 1970. I hope someone Lufthansa takes this issue to heart but it’s doubtful. ### 1/5 — ??? *2024-07-23, version 1.2.57* Selbst wenn ich die WLAN-Verbindung zu Fly Net aufbaue funktioniert die App nicht. Außer dem weißen Startbildschirm nichts. Ohne Fly Net wird gemeckert, dass keine Internetverbindung besteht. Verstehe den Sinn dieser App nicht. Dachte man kann hier sein Smartphone mit dem Bildschirm verbinden, um die Funktionen vom Smartphone aus steuern zu können und seinen Kopfhörer mit dem Smartphone verbinden zu können. Das Hilfe Video im in flight System beschreibt eine Schrittfolge die so in der App nicht vorhanden ist. WLAN bzw. This app adds no functionality and is just a less convenient way of navigating the exact same menu as is on the seat back display. The only media functionality is pausing or playing the media on the seat back and adjust the volume of the wired headphones, both of which are easier and more convenient to just do on the seat back display itself. ### 1/5 — One tiny flaw *2024-06-04* Opened when the flight was in the air. An error message advised that the app could not be used as I was not connected to the internet... Statt so einer schlechten App hätte LH stattdessen mal lieber ein Bluetooth pairing für Kopfhörer im Flugzeug eingebaut! ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-06-26* The only thing more disappointing than Lufthansa as an airline carrier is the fact I can’t give this app zero stars. You can connect it to your seat back, but it serves no functionality after that. No media playback on your device. No control of media on the seat back device. An absolute waste. Having nothing would be better than having this. Ich berichte! ### 4/5 — Worked on the airbus A340 *2020-02-05* It worked on the airbus A340 on the transatlantic flights as a remote to search and select a movie/tvshow and play/pause the video. Auto disconnects in 10-15 mins, which is not user-friendly, as I’d want to control the video from time to time through the ~10hour journey , but have to connect again to do it. ### 3/5 — Schlechte User Experiencee *2023-12-29, version 1.2.57* 1. Warum kann ich meine Lufthansa ID nicht verwenden? Damit könnte ich mir einige Eingaben sparen… 2. Die Struktur (langes Seitenmenü, überladener Inhaltsbereich) wirkt altbacken. 3. Warum so viele getrennte Apps? 2x Entertainment, 1x FlyNet, 1x Buchungen… und dann auch nicht im einheitlichen Look&Feel Bin gespannt wie sich die App hier auf dem nächsten Flug macht. ### 3/5 — Mit etwas Geduld eine gute Idee *2019-10-07, version 1.0.151* Puhhhhhh, ist die App langsam... Hab ihr einfach mal 10 Minuten gegeben und siehe da...geht doch! An sich ist die App eine schöne Idee, weil man sich schon vor dem Flug über das Entertainingprogramm informieren kann. Aber wieso hat Lufthansa so viele Apps? Die haben ne ganze APPedemie! Apps ander Airlines vereinen das alles in einem Programm. Man hat auch all diese Möglichkeiten in deren App, aber es gibt eben auch nur eine. Ansonsten ist diese Software praktisch. ### 3/5 — Leider nicht aktuell *2019-04-02, version 1.0.151* Mein Flug von München nach Osaka (LH742) in 14 Tagen existiert in der App leider nicht. Ich bin gespannt ob die Verbindung zwischen App und Bordentertainment im Flugzeug reibungslos funktioniert. ### 3/5 — Scheint gut zu funktionieren ... *2017-02-06, version 1.0.107* .. zumindest am Boden. Was allerdings gleich auffällt ist das Fehlen einer Zeitschriftensektion. Da Lufthansa jetzt keine Magazine mehr offeriert, muß man sie umständlich über einen Link auf einer Website mit langen Ladezeiten aussuchen und dann runterladen. Wenn jetzt schon eine App für die Unterhaltung gemacht wird, hätten ja wohl ohne weiteres auch Zeitschriften integriert werden können. Mehr Sterne, wenn die Angebote besser zusammen gefaßt / konzentriert werden. ### 2/5 — Cant Watch on own device *2025-08-20, version 1.3.4* So I put in my flight stuff, and then when I wanted to play a movie, it said it will play on the Seat Screen. My flight didn’t have a seat screen. Please add an option, that for the duration of the flight you can watch free movies from YOUR device. Not the nonexistent Seat Back screen ### 2/5 — Eine bessere Fernbedienung, mehr nicht… *2025-04-17, version 1.3.4* Man kann zwar die Mediathek im Flug durchsuchen und Untertitel einstellen, das wars dann auch. Also kaum Mehrwert. Ich hätte erwartet, dass die App ein paar mehr nützliche Funktionen in der App gibt: - Audio auf Smartphone übertragen um mit eigenen Bluetooth Kopfhörern zu hören (oder das IFE direkt Bluetooth koppelbar machen) - Smartphone Screen Mirroring auf IFE - Außenkameras auf Smartphone anschauen (A350) - In Flight Info wie auf dem IFE anzeigen und konfigurieren können ### 2/5 — Pairing funktioniert nicht *2022-08-01, version 1.2.34* Konnte auf den letzten Flügen kein Pairing mit dem Sitz durchführen obwohl mit dem Flugzeug WLAN Flynet verbunden.
