LH 홈픽스 앱은 2025년 12월부터 신규 입주하는 LH 아파트 단지중 일부 단지를 시작으로 우선 적용 후 26년 하반기 부터 확대 적용할 예정이며, 앱 사용 가능 여부는 해당 단지 입주자 사전방문 행사 안내문을 통해 안내되고 있습니다.
이에 따라 현재 모든 단지에서 이용이 가능한 것은 아니며, 기존 입주 단지의 하자접수 등 관련 사항은 관리사무소 등 에 문의하여 주시기 바랍니다.  감사합니다.
