앱으로만 가능하게 하려면 꼬박꼬박 확인해서 업데이트 좀 해주던가 접속 자체가 안되네

똑바로 작동하지도 않는거 만들어서 이거 아니면 접속도 못하게 만드는건 꽁돈만 처먹처먹하는 정부기조에 부합하는 것이기 때문에 고치지도 않고 그냥 두는건가요?
