For the money lifestyle spends on memberships, they need to spend money on getting an app that is functional. ### 1/5 — They lie to people only in a lawless country they get away with it. *2020-01-29* They tell you we are all over the world and you pay the same amount of money, lie. They don’t even answer my calls or respond my message when I want to make a reservation. ### 5/5 — Supreme Member *2019-11-15* I love my Puerto Plata Resort. You have access to different beaches, awesome villas, and beach fronts at a great price. You have to be a member though. It is worth it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-10-24* It doesn’t allow me to log in or view anything when I click on the tabs ### 1/5 — SCAM! Buyer beware!! *2018-12-26* I bought into the LHVC family because I was told I could come to MX whenever I wanted to and get only the best while I was there! A year later, they no longer have anything in Cancun except a kid resort & the only thing they do have is in the DR. Absolute waste of time & money! STAY AWAY!! ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste your money *2018-11-08* I purchased a vacation package from here in 2014 and have used it 3 times. And each time I used it I had to settle for less then what I was promised. The DR property is amazing and the Cancun location is very nice, but that’s it. With all the third party vacation site there is no reason to waste money on this “club” especially when they sell you the dream of that amazing home in DR but you are never able to book it. The money you pay for the package please to cost to reserve a room at one of the resorts cost way more than just going third party. DONT DO IT!!!!! ### 1/5 — Rip Off *2018-11-06* I bought 33 Vacation weeks in this resort 5 years ago and have only been able to use it once. Whatever they tell You at the luxury lobby when trying to sell You a dream, is just that, a Dream. They hiked up the prices on the all inclusive that never mentioned in the sales at the meetings. When we went there we couldn’t reserve any of the nice restaurants. Same day we arrived everything was booked and they don’t allow You to reserve ahead of time. This place is way too expensive even after You buy. The reason why Im giving 3 stars us because us a beautiful place and the workers are amazing. ### 1/5 — Mala y estupida app no sirve *2018-10-30* No funciona mal servicio ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of improvement *2018-10-04* It's just an app for payment and nothing else. I am pleased with the vacation club membership but I would appreciate a better app to not only make payments but to also book vacations and other things ### 1/5 — SCAM ALERT!! *2018-09-29* How do I give 0 stars. I don’t even need the app cus I already paid in full. Basically I GAVE away wayyyyy too much money to this scam. They def got more money out of us to continue to build. When you try to contact them by phone, no one speaks English and you have to call their local number. I’m so angry, hurt and heartbroken than I threw away money this way. If you can read this, that means that you’ve already been suckered into this too. I’m sorry. ## Frequently asked questions about LHVC Services ### What is LHVC Services?
