## What is Liandian Flux?

Flux is an offline-first exercise library and workout planner.

Browse a large catalog by equipment and muscle group, with Chinese instructions and motion demos so you know how to move before you start.

Start a plan in one tap. Rest timers between sets can be skipped, and you can resume an unfinished session later. A Lock Screen widget can show an active session.

Sets and optional weights are stored on your device. Review history from Home or Profile. No social sign-in required.

When a server base URL is configured, sessions and sets can optionally sync via anonymous device auth to the same API used by the WeChat mini program. The catalog and demos remain local, so you can still train offline.

Not included: WeChat/social login, ads, tracking, nutrition, AI coaching, or requiring network to start a workout.
