## What is LiarLiar?

Liar liar is a fun party game where it pays to be as deceitful as you can possibly be… or if you pride yourself in being able to sniff out a lie then this is your chance to prove it.
The game can be played from 3-6 players, each on their own smart device, one person will create a game and share a code with the rest of the group to play.
Before you start you must think of something personal, unbelievable and true, this can be a fun anecdote, or a current real fact about yourself, a friend or a family member. Make sure you choose something outrageously unbelievable but it must be true. You must then express this truth in a concise sentence e.g. I starred in a Hollywood movie.
You then type this statement into the game setup and lock it in (no-one can know what you are writing down). Once everyone has done this, the game will start.
The game will now generate roles for each player: one player will be the interrogator, one player will be telling the truth, and the rest will be liars. The interrogator can reveal who they are, the rest of the players will all claim to be telling the truth.
You and your friends will now take it in turns to read out statements generated by the game, where only one person is telling the truth and the rest are telling lies, lies they are reading for the first time! Each liar must now think on their feet and convince the interrogator that it is them who is telling the truth. The interrogator must use their best detective skills and cross-examine each player to try and find the one truth mixed in within the web of lies.
Liar liar will bring out your best fabrication skills as you will have to make up answers to tough questions on the spot, so… how deceitful can you be?
