An updated version of the new Libano-Suisse app has been launched, introducing additional features to your all-in-one easy access to a world of insurance protection. The newest version of the Libano-Suisse app introduces an updated:

•Motor Claims section, including a brand new Track My Claim feature:
•After filling out the relevant forms, Track My Claim gives you an automatic response to the status of your claim,
•Including a helpful alert if any documentation is missing and needs to be filled in before a status can be issued,
•Track My Claim also provides claim payment status tracking.

This new service joins the existing Claim Procedures feature that gives you step-by-step guidelines to handling a motor accident and declaring it online.
