I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no improvement. ### 1/5 — Lousy App *2016-06-27, version 2.11* Was recommended by my local library to use, but app had problems finding my library (same screen accessed 2 different ways, only 1 way worked). Could not get my account. Entered name and typed in barcode (because the scanner part did nothing) hit submit and nothing happened. Horrible design of the app, not comfortable to use, the search it self is useless. Complete redevelopment of you app needed. Try to find a book, needed for you coursework using you app. I'm sure you'll struggle with that, as you can see only a title. And also, add a personalisation, or something like "favourite libraries" or uni. Cos I personally use only on library, and every time I need a book I have to fill in which library I'm looking for. Thank You . ### 2/5 — Doesn't work nearly as well as it used to *2015-11-21, version 2.11* This apps functionality seems to have degraded since previous versions. I used to be able to do a lot more with it. I can still check my account and renew items, but that's about it. I used to search for new books or videos, read the details of those items, and then put a hold on those I wanted. Now i can't can't even look at the items that come up in the search results. It seems it's time to abandon this app and go back to the browser interface. Too bad... ### 1/5 — Inconsistent- Delete & Redownload *2015-09-23, version 2.11* The old version of this app was always difficult to use. After the update, it just flat out stopped working. I just deleted the app from my phone and then downloaded it again. It seems to be working now, I'm not sure if it will stay that way. I don't have crashing problems at all. And I wish it would have a standard opening screen that would automatically refresh. I'd love to be able to do interlibrary management stuff with it. The search is horrible. When you type in a title for something I know my library has, this app almost never finds it. About three weeks ago it no longer included my library. I was devastated. I talked to my library and they have no idea why it wasn't working. So so so sad! I deleted and reinstalled it, it did not help. ### 1/5 — Terrible UI and speed *2016-10-24, version 2.11* I want to like this app like I love Overdrive. But why is the txt so big? I can't read the checked out items easily when it truncates to multiple lines due to the enormous size. Is it for old people who have trouble reading small fonts? Well that's a shame, because I'm sure those older folks will think it's their fault when the search doesn't work. I searched for a new book called "bleaker house." I got everything but that result. Not bleak house which unfortunately I would hope to see in the SRPs, but in fact I got nothing remotely related to the original search terms. Ugh. I will try this app three more times to see if it's even remotely useful. Otherwise its mobile web interface for me! Sorry guys! You could not only see the titles you had out, but thier due dates, plus the ability to renew - all from my iPhone. Then, whu whu whu.. must've been a FAIL of an update. Can't do ANY of that. All you CAN do, is watch a useless "Display User Information" icon, that does nada. Nice job! Lol.......Delete! **UPDATE** After several weeks of not having this app installed, I was curious enough to download it again to see if it had changed. Bugs appear to be fixed.
