I use the card block feature, and now my card is blocked because the app changed and eliminated that option. ### 2/5 — New changes *2025-03-11, version 4016.0.1* You unlock with your face to get into the app…this is fine. But then you have to face unlock for each individual account? It’s a terrible inconvenience and an unnecessary step and hindrance. Can’t tell what my “star rating “ above is as the stars dont seem to change colors when tapping them. I meant to hit 3 stars ,which would be more if not for the latest update . The app now only works in portrait view. Not a huge problem but annoying to me as I never use portrait unless I have to because of the app. Emailed tech support and got a response fairly quick that they're working to correct it. It’s Coming up on a week (that’s 7 days )since I got that response ,which makes me worry maybe there’s more issues in the background that I don’t know about. I’m not tech savvy at all but would’ve thought fixing just a viewing issue would’ve been an easy fix …? Contacted support and the advice was to buy a new IPad. Called customer support & they have no idea how to resolve. Fix your App ### 1/5 — Annoying change to Snapshot with multiple profiles *2026-02-03, version 4017.2.0* I have a business and personal account and I used to be able to open the app and immediately switch profiles. Now, I can’t switch to my business account profile until I trigger full login which only happens when you open the details view of an account, wait for Face ID and the details to load, and then back out again. This is a slow process when I don’t want to view that account info in the first place. It may seem minor but it gets annoying to need to open and close the wrong account just to be able to switch profiles when it didn’t use to be that way. ### 1/5 — Login no longer works *2025-11-22, version 4017.2.0* Login on website works but login on the app is broken. ### 1/5 — Most inconvenient banking app ever! *2025-06-13, version 4017.1.1* This app does nothing that other banking apps do. Every time you need to check your account, you need stop, type in your username and password because there is no feature to save your username at least! It’s super annoying. Then you have to wait sometimes for it to load. The “chat” option where you’re supposed to be able to text with a live agent is never working. Other apps access the other apps, you log in that day using your username and password and for the next 12 or so hours you only have to enter a quick PIN code to access. So I’m able to keep my business more secure from scams. With the old method of just getting a monthly statement I wouldn’t have known till next month that I was scammed. But with the online banking it gives me piece of mind at the end of everyday that I can personally check and see my accounts for myself. But the real reason that I love banking with liberty bank is your staff. Over the years they have been with me through highs and lows and have ALWAYS lent a sympathetic ear and have gone above and beyond with customer service. They set the bar for other banks.
