It never works. What am I supposed to in an emergency if I can’t use my bank? I am changing banks immediately.

Liberty Bank made a major mistake changing their online banking system and app. It is pure garbage. If you want to just check your balance, then you’re good to go, but if you need to do anything else, too bad so sad, because they removed every helpful feature they offered.

This would be awesome if it actually worked. I’ve not been able to see my account for over a month. The last time I saw it, it didn’t show many of the things that had been charged over the past two weeks. This has caused me many issues with overdraft charges. I’m so annoyed and considering changing banks altogether. Update: I have changed banks. Liberty, you need to get it together.

The app is convenient to use as far as transferring money from checking to savings and also getting a round about what your available balance is. But more often than not it doesn’t stay as up to date with me as I prefer so a round about number is all you get hardly is it ever correct and it says I still have items pending from months ago I know have already been cleared through the bank. Also on occasion I can’t log into the app at all for some odd reason.

I love that Touch ID is enabled for login but since IOS 13 released,  the app is very unstable! It is SO frustrating, I was trying deposit a check through the app (great feature) but the app crashed 5 or 6 times before I could get it to process. Please update app.

I have always been very skeptical of signing up for online banking! Since joining online, I have been very pleased; it has saved me a tremendous amount of time; I LOVE the convenience!

I have tried signing onto my account for the past few days and it glitches and goes away not allowing me to view my account. It’s really annoying because I have bills coming out and I can’t see what money I have left in my account. It needs to be fixed.
