I had been with my previous bank for almost 30 years. When I moved to Dallas, this bank and banker was recommended to me. The tellers are awesome and personable. The bank gives me updates on a regular basis. If I have a question, they are a phone call away. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. With several accounts under one name, most convenient to see the entire balance versus the liberty Capitol Bank app having to close out one account to look at the other account to manually add the balances of all accounts. Marginal app, but not exceptional app. mergers are not always what they claim they will be and the service is different from Texas Heritage Bank merging with liberty capital Bank.
