You can’t pull your statements from the app. This is incredibly lame. Hire ChatGPT to make you an app that doesn’t look like it’s from the 1980s.

The Former app with Texas Heritage Bank was much more user-friendly. With several accounts under one name, most convenient to see the entire balance versus the liberty Capitol Bank app having to close out one account to look at the other account to manually add the balances of all accounts. Marginal app, but not exceptional app. mergers are not always what they claim they will be and the service is different from Texas Heritage Bank merging with liberty capital Bank. We were hopeful, but nonetheless, why couldn’t it just be as they say “leave well enough alone”.

I really like this bank. I had been with my previous bank for almost 30 years. When I moved to Dallas, this bank and banker was recommended to me. The tellers are awesome and personable. The bank gives me updates on a regular basis. If I have a question, they are a phone call away. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. I recommend this bank.
