I successfully created a Liberty Dental account on a browser on my PC but couldn't print an ID card using their website (Heaven forbid I use a PC, the only thing I have that is connected to a printer) so I downloaded this app. At the login screen it says "you have to bend over and go through the account creation obstacle course again" (and that's what it said verbatim LOL). When I finally successfully verified the via email after three failed attempts it asked me for a new user name and password. I entered the same info that works flawlessly on the browser and it popped up an error that my username/password don't meet their criteria. Then I say to myself "hey - no big deal! I'll scroll to the bottom of the page and click the HELP button, which turned out to not exist.
