Fields don’t allow paste for credit cards. My good credit card did t work but no reason given. Field Customization: There’s no option to set custom values in the charging field, which limits flexibility. I’d also like to ask if the app was thoroughly tested before its release. These issues suggest a lack of practical usability testing, and as a user, I find the overall experience frustrating. Very poorly designed and barely functional, it lags out and closes the app often, it took me 30 minutes to successfully start charging my car. There is no way to get a refund, and the designers do not answer, multiple times the chargers have been mislabeled and I have been forced to pay double the price of charging as there is no way to get a refund. I would never use this service, but my employer works exclusively with them. ### 1/5 — Clumsy, confusing *2026-08-22* This was really a terrible experience trying to charge at this charging station. It took a long time to download the app figure out which charger I wanted to select did not use GPS to help me find the charger then there was no Apple Pay so I had to enter a lot of card information in order to begin the session. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-11, version 1.4.7* You will enter a lot of information to eventually enter a secret code to enter into what looks like a re-purposed public phone. Then it won’t actually charge your car and there will be no clear way to get your money back. Avoid this option until they grow up into a business that provides a service. ### 1/5 — Took my money. Paid for charging via app and followed instructions multiple times and no charging. Had to refund via credit card. Thankfully I had enough charge left to get to a proper charger.
