## What is Liberty Ledger?

Liberty Ledger is the essential companion for collectors of United States circulated coins. Browse a comprehensive catalog of 3,800+ coin varieties — from half cents to gold Double Eagles — track what you've found, photograph your coins, and watch your collection grow. No account, no subscription, no internet connection required.

BUILD YOUR CATALOG
Every denomination is covered — Lincoln cents, Buffalo nickels, Mercury dimes, Washington quarters, Morgan dollars, and the full gold wing: Gold Dollars, Quarter Eagles, Half Eagles, Eagles, and Double Eagles from 1795 to 1932. Each variety is organized by series, year, and mint mark, with key dates flagged, so you always know exactly what you have and what you still need.

TRACK EVERY DETAIL
Mark coins as collected and record grade, purchase price, and personal notes. Photograph the obverse and reverse of every coin. Track slabbed coins with their grading service and cert number — verify PCGS and NGC certificates with one tap — and note where each coin physically lives.

YOUR DIGITAL COIN ALBUM
Open any series as a classic coin-folder page: punched slots, your own photos sitting in the filled holes, empty holes waiting for the hunt.

KNOW YOUR COLLECTION'S WORTH
Live silver and gold spot prices power an always-current melt value for every precious-metal coin you own. Collection Insights charts show your collection by type, your collecting pace, and your spending over time.

BUILT FOR THE HUNT
Roll Hunt mode gives you a rapid-entry grid for searching bank rolls. Share your want list with dealers straight from the app. Complete a series and Liberty Ledger celebrates with you.

WORKS FULLY OFFLINE
The complete 3,800+ coin catalog is stored on your device. Use Liberty Ledger anywhere — at coin shows, flea markets, estate sales, or wherever the hunt takes you — no internet connection required.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No login. Your collection lives on your device and syncs privately through your personal iCloud account — never on our servers. No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.

BRING YOUR SPREADSHEET WITH YOU
Already track your collection in a spreadsheet? Import it. Match your columns to the catalog, review anything ambiguous before it lands, and your years, mint marks, grades, and prices come across with you. Full Version users can export back out to CSV any time, for spreadsheets or long-term archival.

FREE TO TRY — ONE-TIME UNLOCK
Liberty Ledger is free to download. Track up to 20 coins at no cost — with the full catalog, the wishlist, and every browsing feature open from the start. When you're ready, a single $4.99 purchase unlocks unlimited collection tracking — which also lifts the cap on spreadsheet imports — plus CSV export, permanently. No subscription. No recurring charges. Ever.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-08-22

v1.3 — Photographs, Gold, and Import

Every series in the catalog now has a real photograph — and if your collection lives in a spreadsheet, you can bring it straight in.

• Import from CSV. Bring an existing collection in from a spreadsheet. Match your columns to the catalog, review anything ambiguous before it lands, and import. Your years, mint marks, grades, and prices come with you.

• A photograph for every series. All 88 series now show a real coin instead of a drawn placeholder — from the 1793 Chain cent to the Saint-Gaudens double eagle.

• Catalog corrections. A full audit of the catalog fixed a number of misidentified coins, including 1975–79 dimes and quarters that were listed with a "P" mint mark before Philadelphia used one. If you had marked one of these, your coin is moved to the right entry automatically — nothing is lost.

• Accurate through 2026. The cent's final year, the one-year Semiquincentennial dime and half dollar, and the 2026 Silver Eagle are all in place.

• Large cents and small cents, properly separated. The old combined "Cent" is now two types, so early coppers sit in their own run instead of crowding the Lincolns. Your collected cents move across automatically.

• Easier browsing. The catalog is now grouped into Circulating, Gold, and Bullion.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT — these arrived in the last update:

• The gold wing. Six denominations — Gold Dollar, Quarter Eagle, Three Dollar, Half Eagle, Eagle, and Double Eagle — with over 800 curated varieties from 1795 to 1932, from the 1848 "CAL." to the Saint-Gaudens High Relief.

• Photograph your own coins. Add obverse and reverse photos to any coin you own. They sync across your devices with iCloud.

• Album view. Open any series as a classic coin-folder page — punched slots, your photos in the filled holes, empty holes waiting for the hunt.

• Gold melt value, slab tracking with one-tap PCGS and NGC verification, Roll Hunt mode for searching bank rolls, Collection Insights charts, and series-completion celebrations.

Happy hunting — if Liberty Ledger earns a place in your pocket, a review helps this small independent app more than you know.

### 1.2 — 2026-07-09

Liberty Ledger 1.1 — the Coin Show Update

A fresh coat of paint and a stack of improvements from the field:

• Light Mode. Liberty Ledger now follows your device's appearance, and you can pin Light or Dark in Settings. Bright convention hall or late-night cataloging — your call.

• New app icon. Lady Liberty, front and center.

• Pick up where you left off. The Home screen now shows the series you were last working on with your progress — one tap and you're back in the checklist.

• One-tap grading. Tap the grade capsule on any collected coin to set its condition instantly. No more hunting through menus.

• Your coins are safer. Removing a coin that has a grade, notes, or purchase price now asks first — no more losing details to a stray tap.

• Smarter silver melt values. Half Dimes, Twenty Cent pieces, and Three Cent Silvers now count toward your melt value, including the 1853 Arrows weight change. Every silver coin in your collection is now priced.

• Hunt list, meet checklist. The Missing filter now shows how many of those coins are already on your wishlist, and the wishlist shows your next target right on the Home screen.

• Faster everywhere. The Collection dashboard and search are noticeably snappier with large collections.

• Plus: better support for lafying haptic when you add acoin, safer spreadsheet exports, and a smoother first-run experience.
Happy hunting — and if Liberty Ledger has earned a spot in your pocket at shows, a review goes a long way for a small i
