There should be a widget to dis/arm on phone’s Home Screen. Also, bad design: the OK button to press to remove pop up boxes (ie open windows end of/bypass) button is dangerously close to the panic button below it. If I’m bypassing multiple windows and press repeatedly on the pop up OK, I sometimes almost press the panic button by accident. Also, make it possible in the app to change the email address which the huge amount of end of bypass emails are sent daily- one for each window, now my inbox is full. ### 3/5 — Liberty App *2025-03-25, version 5.9.3* Mediocre ### 2/5 — Not the best app *2023-09-18, version 5.0.1* The app is not really use friendly. It also takes a lot of time for the app to Ipsen the cameras when we get a notification that a person or animal has passed in front of the camera. A lot of times the camera does open, it if it opens it takes almost 3-4 minutes to open. The camera at times do not respond. At times they do not record. The app is very slow overall. Wouldn't recommend this app & Liberty security. ### 2/5 — Access code change ?? *2022-11-02, version 4.21.15* I cannot find how to change my access code. This is important for security reasons. Where is the information? I got a very nasty support tech who basically said I was an idiot but not in words. And told me I have to buy a new one for 200 and some dollars. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that I should have to pay again when I have two others that do not work. I own a company to and if I gave that kind of client support I’d be out of business. I will not ever recommend you where are used to when I complained all he said was you still have two years on your contract so I guess it is what it is I’ll pay my two years and get out of it. Customer service or should I say support service is horrible. More often than not if there is a doorbell & I attempt to connect I get an error screen so I don’t actually get to communicate with whoever is there or see. I don’t don’t the customer service to be helpful and find it particularly frustrating that they are not available in the evening. I want access to support for my security system 24/7. Can never get ahold of someone when I need to. I don't really want to spenfpd hours on the phone again waiting for "the next available" to answer! ### 3/5 — Would be nice if.... *2019-07-06, version 4.9.2* We haven’t had this for very long but 1 thing that would be VERY HELPFUL is if the app builder would have included its own sounds options so that a person can set a specific sound solely for this app. That way every time I get a notification stating a door open or open for too long and my phone goes off I would know it’s my alarm App and not something else like a text message or any other thing. There is no delay on alert responses. Then we noticed random people using a short cut in our yard. Finally one night someone was using a flashlight through our windows. That was enough to determine we needed a home alarm system. I called Northern Bear, I called them and they pulled someone from a job to do our home. System was Installed the same day! We feel much safer in our home. Thanks to everyone involved we feel so much safer! Would highly recommend this company as they feel great about installing a system on the same day.
