The app never saves the card that you put on file so you have to enter it every time.

Not user-friendly at all for this size of company you should have better software and make it easier to pay these ridiculously high bills

The entire app is busted. It refuses to load and just looks unpolished. Everything is formatted like Login.mainBtn or login.contactus which makes the button/link not work, or takes so much space that you can’t read it

Made a payment via app on 08/06/2026, I received a email notification that my payment would go through on 08/07/2026. Then I received my next bill on August 12. Overdue, I called Customer Service and they could not help me! Poor company!

For whatever reason any payment attempt via this app using my checking account fails. That is no matter if I tweak my name because it asks for it.  It recognizes my bank when I enter routing number and I know I entered the bank account correctly reading it also off the check (for routing) after 10 plus attempts over the course of a year.  

Ridiculous.  Why ask for the name. It’s a joint account. Gave up.  

Only app that fails my payments. So snail mail.  Who mails checks anymore anyway.  Annoying

The app does not show day to day usage. Water line broke on the street and liberty making me pay for it when it happens on their end.
