Updates cause app to no longer function on phone sometimes… wait a couple days it functions again.
The bank is good though. Always willing to help. Always friendly.

We have been involved in another bank over the years... It is a popular “big name” bank. We had terrible experiences over the years. We were just a number... Not personable at all! Being part of Liberty is like being part of a great family! Everybody from the location we use most, knows us by name & truly seems glad to see us! A very personable bank with great people!!! I love the fact that I can do all my online banking from afar..... I don’t have to be in the same state for depositing or any other type....

If you haven’t downloaded yet, I suggest in doing so... I’m so glad that we have this amazing tool to use..  I was even able to close other bank accounts because of this amazing app...
