We were out of town and didn’t have a doctor there and this seemed a better option. But it never loaded. We downloaded the app but it never got past the loading screen. It’s a great idea but the greatest idea in the world is worthless if it doesn’t work. ### 5/5 — New version of the app is a big improvement *2021-05-14* When the app launched it had many issues but with the recent update it works really well. ### 1/5 — Everything is broken - don’t download *2020-09-09* Awful experience. The app doesn’t work even a little bit. Calendar feature is broken, payment and video chats are broken. Entire thing is dysfunctional. Worst part is their customer service department includes some terrible examples for “customer service” reps of I’ve encountered.
