It fails to connect to my account almost every single time I use it. It's unintuitive, the CTAs are not clear, its slow and its standing in line for 20 mins trying to connect o make a purchase. ### 1/5 — Broken Location Tracking *2024-03-18* I’m standing in the store and the app is telling me to go to a different state because they don’t provide service here. ### 2/5 — Good idea but no *2024-02-08, version 1.7.2* This app rarely works. So if you live in a state next to one where they do business, you have to cross the border into the actual state before using the app. Dumb dumb dumb. ### 1/5 — Why did they even make it? *2023-07-01, version 1.5.7* This app is completely useless. Is it just to sucker people into putting their money into it? Website states you need to download the app and make purchases through the app, app says you have to go to the website to make a purchase. So if you transferred your money in, it would be non refundable and worthless because you can’t make a purchase?! Such a bad app and rewards system I won’t even bother to visit the dispensary. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-03-26, version 1.5.6* I want to use the app to gain rewards and make it easier to purchase but Navy federal is on you guy’s list of banks. An when I do try to connect it after search for my bank it redirects and then say it’s a issue with the app. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2023-03-11, version 1.5.5* Love the dispensary but this app is absolutely useless. The two main reasons to use this app don’t work are: A) can’t link new payment method to app B) Discount QR codes from messages are too large to display on an iPhone so they can’t scan it in the store. Please pay somebody to fix this app asap so we can use it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Always Problems *2026-07-05, version 1.9.7* Half the time I open this app there's a problem connecting my bank account (which I'm already very hesitant to do), having the rest my password even though I use a password app so I know I'm not putting it in wrong, and never receding verification codes. Thing is BROKE. ### 1/5 — Latest update broke the app *2025-12-31, version 1.9.2* App has always been a little quirky but could be used. The latest update broke the app and now you can’t even login.
