IF you are reading this and anyone at all is on the phone telling you to use this app please immdeietly hang up because they are trying to scam you no legitament company would tell you to download another app that’s espically not related to their own. Beware of scams! ### 1/5 — Linked to Scamming Activity *2023-12-10, version 4.1.3* I had lost my Discord account in a scam, and the scammer directed me to this app. I cannot remove the account, nor can I remove my ID. So far no fraduent transactions have occurred, but the sense that this is the app of choice for scammers stands. On the website I made the account, but then felt weird it out when it needed my ID. I told the man I don’t have my ID then he hung up. He then proceeds to text and call me. I don’t know what the scammer ended up receiving from my account. I had applied for a customer service rep job on indeed online BE CAREFUL when u are ask to download this app I almost did it until it seems Suspicious look up and call the Real Company they told me it was a Scam!!! Shame on these Crooks… ### 1/5 — Beware of someone who ask you to download this app *2022-09-20, version 4.1.0* I was scammed by someone who claimed to be with Apple. They were helping me get my phone unlocked and said I needed to get this app because someone was trying to purchase $2000 worth of bitcoin in my name. We needed to trace the transaction and it would not come out of my account. Some how the 1st transaction did not come out of my account so I believed them. Their app & website clearly state that you can sign up with a Level 1 (verify with mobile number ONLY), Level 2 (add to that verify an email address), or Level 3 (add to that uploading a Drivers License). Unfortunately when I go to look at current pricing on what they show bitcoin is versus cash app or Coinbase their price is about $200 more. So on top of your fee you’re also getting charged a higher price per coin ### 1/5 — No good in San Francisco *2021-04-07, version 4.0.1* After one full week my account is still under review. Wanted to purchase coin with cash at CVS but not possible without approved account. If they are making it that hard for me to signup so they can get me business ...I am the customer after all...then I don’t want theirs . I emailed support and they could not provide any information. I was only able to use this app 5-6 times before being suspended for no reason and no explanation. Not sure what the point of having the sell functionality is if you are limited to how many times you can use it. I got through phone number verification and then they won’t let you do anything until you upload a photo of your diver’s license. Disappointing waste of my time.
