Find the photos and videos cluttering your Apple Photos library, understand what is using space, and clean up safely with Library Surgeon.

• Surface large videos, short clips, long recordings, screen recordings, slow-motion videos, and time-lapses.• Find screenshots, Live Photos, panoramas, and high-resolution photos.• Filter by date, duration, resolution, recording type, favourites, hidden status, and known file size.

REVIEW BEFORE YOU REMOVE

Preview items, build a review list, and decide exactly what to keep. Nothing is deleted automatically. Confirmed deletions move to Recently Deleted in Apple Photos, where they may continue using storage until permanently removed.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Photos, videos, metadata, and searches stay on your device. Library Surgeon has no account, backend, analytics, or advertising. File sizes and storage totals can be incomplete when Apple Photos or iCloud does not make an exact local size available.

The free version includes scanning, storage overviews, ready-made searches, previews, and cleanup batches of up to 10 items. Library Surgeon Pro unlocks custom and saved searches, Select All, and unlimited batch cleanup.
