### 4/5 — New app for Libre cgm

*2026-08-28, version 1.3.0*

The graphics are nice, being able to silence alarms for a period is nice, would like to silence them for more than 6 hours, liked the option of adding notes in previous apps.

### 2/5 — Bugs

*2026-08-28, version 1.3.0*

I have used Libre 3 app before which worked fine. This one seems to be the new Libre app. It does not give me the option to connect my account to this app and keeps giving me an error message that this feature is not available since you’re not connected to the account. I tried chatting with a human agent and they could not fix it.

### 3/5 — Libre Plus 3

*2026-08-28, version 1.3.0*

I was forced to use this because Humana wouldn’t cover the Stelo CGM. Stelo has a lot more features like connecting my Apple Watch my health app. I literally could scroll on my glucose readings for a week. The only thing I like is the minute by minute measurement.

Update: I’m also getting false readings during sleep since as soon as I wake up my glucose readings increase from a low of 58 to in the 90’s. Likely from sleeping on it. Never happened with the Stelo.

### 2/5 — Signal

*2026-08-27, version 1.3.0*

It was a signal all the time it’s been more time reconnecting

### 3/5 — Accuracy

*2026-08-27, version 1.3.0*

I’m lucky that I have a glucometer because my sensor is always off by about 30 points. However, because that’s pretty consistent I can better gauge my actual levels.

### 2/5 — There’s an error in the app, l can’t log in

*2026-08-27, version 1.3.0*

I can't log in because the verification code isn't arriving. The problem is a formatting bug: the number shows as +7 8XXXXXXXXX (with an extra 8 after +7). Please remove the extra digit so the SMS can go through.

### 3/5 — Libre 3

*2026-08-27, version 1.3.0*

Im not really fond of this sensor they need to make it to where the sticky part is. Thicker. Sensor is small love it, but the sticky part needs to be thicker. Maybe it would stay and hold better. Also I’m not sure if it has been tested with women going through perimenopause or menopause.

### 2/5 — Keeps losing connection, at least 20 times a day, so it is Not doing its job.

*2026-08-27, version 1.3.0*

Not keeping the connection, so not working half the time. This doesn’t wirk for me..

### 4/5 — User

*2026-08-26, version 1.3.0*

It keeps losing signal???! Need assistance please

### 3/5 — Buggy

*2026-08-26, version 1.3.0*

Unfortunately it quits on its own and has frequent signal lost issues. Previous app didn’t have these issues.

### 4/5 — Great app; alarm issues

*2026-08-25, version 1.3.0*

I’ve loved this app a lot compared to the Dexcom, it works great and helps me monitor so much better. Although recently there have been times where I go low and times where I go low quickly, and the alarm doesn’t go off. And other times it will. As well as when my blood sugars drop or go up quickly, it seems to always lose connection. Otherwise a very good app to use. Hope the alarm issue is fixed soon!!

### 4/5 — Works

*2026-08-25, version 1.3.0*

Needs a widget for home and lock screens.

### 2/5 — Lots of false low readings

*2026-08-24, version 1.3.0*

Lots of false low readings

### 3/5 — Great app

*2026-08-24, version 1.3.0*

Really easy app to use with my CGM. Although the alarm alerts are never loud enough, I can barely hear it or sometime the alarm does not even go off. Volume is literally always on full blast but audio is very faint or non existent.

### 4/5 — Lost Signal

*2026-08-24, version 1.3.0*

I love seeing my numbers before and after I eat something, but when I go to check sometimes it’s a process I have to turn of blue tooth try reconnecting this is the hassle! I also wish it lasted longer period of time! But my numbers have improved with a lifestyle change filed by this monitor and app!

### 3/5 — Keeps losing sensor connectivity and very rudimentary data

*2026-08-24, version 1.3.0*

App keeps losing connection with sensor all the time, throwing alarms all the time. The data supplied is very rudimentary just for 12 hours.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Canceled

*2026-08-29, version 1.3.0*

Unable to use this app because it says that my sensor is being used by another device, but it’s not and I cancel the regular libre app, but this app still won’t work

### 1/5 — App is absolute garbage

*2026-08-28, version 1.3.0*

I’ve changed my review and have gone from 3 start to 1 (I would give it 0 if I could) this app is absolutely garbage. Over 30 minutes trying to start a new sensor. The app is unresponsive, crashes, fails to load, gets stuck behind accept screen that don’t load or are invisible. I appalled that this was even approved by Apple to be in the App Store with how buggy this software is. An app that is used for the absolute health and wellbeing of people the QC for it should be the top most priority. But I bet abbot is either farming its development out to the lowest cost bidder in some other country or vibe coding it and not doing any checks. There should be a class action lawsuit filed because this can lead to people deaths. Apple you need to review this immediately.

### 1/5 — Horrible system

*2026-08-28, version 1.3.0*

The system loses communication constantly. I wear a sensor for fifteen days and I am lucky that if I get 1 full day of readings during the fifteen days. Honestly believe that it will be easier and more reliable to go back to finger sticks. I am beyond frustrated and will cancel my prescription. Would not recommend this system at all.

### 1/5 — Sensor is great, but…

*2026-08-27, version 1.3.0*

I’m absolutely happy with the Libre 3+ device but this app is HORRIBLE! The features are fine, the reporting is great, all the features are fantastic, but the app is SUPER laggy, tap a button then wait for 10-20 seconds for the app to respond or straight crash. I wish they had taken some of the profit from these sensors and used it to develop a better performing app.

### 1/5 — Sad most of the time

*2026-08-26, version 1.3.0*

These do not work properly have the time will not read or scan not worth the time

### 1/5 — Upset

*2026-08-26, version 1.3.0*

I get to Libre‘s a month and when I picked up my prescription I came home. I did wash my arm dried. It cleaned it with alcohol. Did that dry when I opened my first kit to put it on I noticed that the needle in the middle was spent over I tried to put it on and it said it was an invalid reading at the sensor was not working. I opened the second one that one was OK. I put it on since I put it on. it has not been accurate. And reading my blood sugar it’s giving me all different kinds of numbers. That’s not what my sugar is. I’m constantly having to steal test. It myself to see what it is because I can’t depend on the Libre freestyle so it’s very upsetting having something that’s not working properly. I try to give it a couple days. Maybe I need to unfortunately is not I just tested my sugar my blood sugar when I tested it was 110 the Libre freestyle says I’m 90 so it’s definitely off of what my real blood sugar is and that can be dangerous because they can give me a false reading and I can have a sugar drop or have my sugar elevated some I’m very upset with this product

### 1/5 — Does not last the full 15 days

*2026-08-25, version 1.3.0*

The sensor invariably fails after 10-12 days. I have called customer service and they have sent me replacements. However, in my case every other sensor fails. This should not be advertised as a 15-day unit but a 10-day unit and reduce the price per unit.

### 1/5 — Do not like it

*2026-08-24, version 1.3.0*

Takes an hour for warm-up Dexcom only took 30 minutes or 26. You can’t add a widget. You can’t see your glucose numbers unless you actually press the app which is ridiculous insurance will only pay for this, but I’m willing to go back to syringes and poking my finger then use Libre 3+ or anything to do with Libre

### 1/5 — App not functioning

*2026-08-23, version 1.3.0*

It keeps crashing and keep saying my account does not work for this app. Should I be using another app and if so, which one ?

### 1/5 — False drops wake me up

*2026-08-23, version 1.3.0*

Been wearing this for 3 days now. The last 2 nights, it detected a false drop in blood sugar due to me rolling around in bed and set off an alarm at 2am one night and 3am the next. So, now I have to turn off critical alarms every day before I go to sleep. What a pain.

### 5/5 — Game changer!

*2026-08-24, version 1.3.0*

The app has worked flawlessly for me and has been an absolute game changer in helping me effectively manage my diabetes. The power of constant glucose monitoring as you eat, exercise, and take your meds, has given me extremely valuable insights into how everything affects my glucose levels and has allowed me to improve my glucose management significantly. Before using these CGM sensors my A1C was frequently in the 7.8 to 8.4 range. Now, I’ve been able to bring it down to 6.1 and no more finger pricks!!
