## What is Libre Weather?

A simple, fast, and privacy-focused weather app built on official National Weather Service (NWS) data, CONAGUA / Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN), and 
Open-Meteo as a fallback provider.

No ads, no tracking, and no subscriptions.

This app was created with a single goal of providing accurate weather information without monetizing your attention or your data.

WHY THIS APP EXISTS

Weather is public information.

Many platforms are increasingly moving toward ads, subscriptions, and data collection. This project is a small step in the opposite direction by keeping weather simple, accessible, and free for everyone. I  got tired of clicking for a detailed forecast only to be presented with a completely unusable webpage inundated with ads and pop-ups, so I made my own weather app and I'd like to share it with you.
