### 5/5 — Finally a solution

*2026-05-11*

This so great that someone has figured out how to get the Qardio blood pressure monitor to work again! It’s no longer a $200 brick. The app interface is great and I had it up and running in under a minute. Thank you to the app developer!!

### 5/5 — Thank you. Elegant design

*2026-05-11, version 1.5.0*

Qardio Arm’s form factor and functionality is brilliant. When Qardio disbanded and removed the app from the App Store; LibreArm was built as the perfect, and much better, replacement. The existing hardware is still usable for us who need to keep accurate tracks on our BP. Having readings stored to Apple Health is easy with an immediate graph help visualise where you are. A friend can easily take a reading by switching that off so a random reading doesn’t throw off your doctor.

This app doesn’t pick up on QardioArm’s ‘irregular heartbeat’ function. Which, on the Qardio app was annoying, until I was told, for me, it was real! But, the AFib function is best left to Apple Watch (that did precisely lead me to a heart operation).

I am grateful to the efforts put into maintaining a key blood pressure measurement recording tool - LibreArm.

### 5/5 — Thank you!!!

*2026-05-04, version 1.5.0*

I was really aggravated when the Qardio platform stopped working. I’m grateful that you created this app. Now for the scale.

### 5/5 — This is great

*2026-05-03, version 1.5.0*

I just downloaded the app. It is so much easier to use than the Qardio app which has stopped working for me. I’ve only used it a few times, but it seems to function very well.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2026-05-02*

Thank you for making this app so I didn’t have to get rid of my BP cuff. It is simple clean and easy to use🤙

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2026-04-12, version 1.5.0*

My first ever review of any app: this is better than the original manufacturer’s app. Instantly connected to my cuff, simple options (1 or 3 measurements), clear operation, and seamless integration to Apple Health. Can’t see anything to improve! Kudos and thank you!!

### 5/5 — Fantastic app!

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-04-09, version 1.5.0*

I don’t usually write reviews for apps in the App Store, but this is awesome. Totally saved my Qardio Arm BP device from staying bricked. Grateful to the publisher for doing this - thank you!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-04-05, version 1.5.0*

I am so grateful to be able to use my Qardio pump again. This is an amazing service. Thank you!

### 5/5 — If only it worked for me!

*2026-03-31, version 1.5.0*

When the app opens I can see my device is added to my Bluetooth connection list and its status is connected, but when I press Start Measurement nothing happens! Any suggestions?

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-03-07*

Works better than the original Qatdio application. Flawless connection and writes reading on Apple Health. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — FANTASTIC

*2026-03-07*

Simple is good!

Thank you for creating a fantastic App for the Qardio blood pressure cuff. Connects automatically and just works beautifully.

No registration; no account; no hassle. Results show up in Apple Health.

### 5/5 — Great stuff

### 5/5 — Thank you!

### 5/5 — Brilliant!

*2026-02-23, version 1.5.0*

Excellent, now i can use my Qardio Arm again, Brilliant. Just one question. Is it possible to register 2 users for the one machine? My wife needs to check her BP on a regular basis so it would be useful for her to have her own account.
Thanks, Dave

### 1/5 — Apple health integration broken

*2026-06-27*

Please advise as it is not writing to Apple health, shows inactive in Apple health with no trigger to enable

### 1/5 — App NOT working April 24, 2027

*2026-04-24, version 1.5.0*

Please Fix!

### 2/5 — Not working with gen 1 quardioarm ?

*2025-12-27, version 1.3.0*

App will pair and connect to my gen1 quardioarm but won’t turn it on to collect a BP reading.

App ‘reads’ 2,047/238 mm/Hg the instant you try to start a measurement.

Looks like a nice and simple app but for some reason it’s not working with my arm monitor.

### 2/5 — Fails like OfflineQarm

*2025-11-24*

So this fails when I click start measurements. Maybe a different mod and more experiments to do? If you have any tools that helped or you created would be happy to help.
All it says is 2047/238 mmhG

**Developer response:** Hi. Wanna send me some details on what you’re seeing (screenshots) under what conditions? What version of iOS. What device. QardioArm 1 or 2? Thanks.

### 3/5 — Start measurement

*2026-04-27*

Seems to be connected but start measurement greyed out and can’t take reading

### 3/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-03-15, version 1.5.0*

Great concept and I would love for a replacement but I get an authentication error on my Qardioarm

### 3/5 — Works with QardioArm 2 but…

*2025-10-04*

Works with QardioArm 2 but often on the first try, the screen goes to sleep before the QardioArm 2 is finished with measuring so I lose the measurement. Please increase the length of time before the app goes to sleep.

**Developer response:** Hi. I just released a new version (1.2.0). This version does two major things: 1) it keeps the phone from sleeping while a measurement is running - what you're experiencing; and 2) it allows you to toggle between 1 and 3 readings (with an average). Please update, give it a go and let me have your feedback. Thanks!

### 4/5 — Average reading display not accurate

*2026-02-28, version 1.5.0*

The average reading displayed after 3 readings is not actually the one recorded in Apple Health.

### 4/5 — Questions on interface to Health app

*2026-02-04, version 1.5.0*

Hi. Thanks for this app. I may have done something incorrectly but the values that I see after a reading on the LibreArm app are the not the same values that I see in the Health app. Any ideas on what is causing this?

### 4/5 — Works with QardioArm 2

*2025-10-17*

Updated remarks:

Wonderful! The app no longer goes to sleep.

The new additional of average reading is great, but the intervals between the readings need to be increased. Typically, it’s recommended that readings be 60 seconds apart. Some monitors or apps allows for adjustment of 15, 30, 45, or 60 seconds between readings.

I recommend increasing from 10 to 60 seconds.

**Developer response:** Updated remarks: Ok. I've just released another new version (v1.3.0), which includes a slider for you to select a "delay" value, in 15 second increments between 15-60 seconds. It will also keep the screen alive during those measurements. Should hopefully give you what you're looking for. With any luck, that version live in a couple of days after the review. -- Previous remarks: Hi. I just released a new version (1.2.0). Thank you Paul Taylor !!! You provided a wonderful service for anyone with a Qardio BP cuff. Works great!

If it doesn’t work - try replacing the four AAA batteries in your Qardio cuff. That’s what we needed.

### 5/5 — Works great!
