## What is libretto42?

Does the theatre, opera or musical performance you attend offer subtitles via the libretto42 app? Just scan the QR code the venue provides and read along to the performance in real time.
You can get additional information about the play, and switch between the provided translations. Use your headphones, if you wish to listen to the subtitles with the text-to-speech option.

A stable internet connection is required.
The app itself is available in English and German. The availability and number of the subtitle languages depends on the performance organisers.
