I cannot express just how annoying that is. It’s not the ads that enable you to read a free chapter. No, these are just random ads that interrupt your reading. If there is a way to get rid of them they need to go. I quickly looked into the membership option and realised that both the weekly and monthly membership wouldn’t get you very far with the cost per chapters. It would have been good to have unlimited reading on a membership or ads as an option to subsidy the cost of reading. I sent 3 emails, used the chat feature and no one gets back to you until you have been charged again. Then literally the day you have been charged they respond asking more and wait until the get charged again. I had to cancel my card after already getting repeatedly billed. I’m not even halfway thru it and I’ve spent over $60. Although I fully support paying authors for their work, I find it cheesy not to disclose the price up front. Many apps do the same thing. I will not be finishing it because it will cost well over $100.00 to complete this story. There tons of free sources for stories as well as Amazon prime & kindle options that are much more cost effective. As I said the storyline was interesting but without full cost transparency I am annoyed. The copyrighted book Alaric and Faina was written by the Wattpad author GroveltoHEA. Do not reward this site by purchasing their stolen books. I keep posting my review but this thieving site is obviously afraid of the truth coming out. No worries. I’ll keep posting until it’s seen by everyone. Still waiting for my review to post. Remember.. this site steals their books and then sells them. Summer and Torin was stolen from the Wattpad author GroveltoHEA. Buyers beware. Save your money. Read these stories for free on Wattpad. ### 1/5 — A complete Rip off, don’t recommend at all. *2024-05-29, version 2.5.4* The cost of coins is too much considering how much you have to buy for every chapter. I watched as the cost for one chapter went from 20 coins (when I had none) to 100 coins (after buying some). The stories on here are decent but when you’re spending approximately $1 per chapter, for a story that’s over 1,100 chapters, it’s a rip off and cheats you out of money. ### 1/5 — Rip off *2024-04-30, version 2.5.4* For $50 you get to read 57 chapters. Chapters are anywhere from 4-6 pages. To make matters worse, the author I was reading couldn’t decide what names to use throughout so it was very confusing to follow along. The book I was reading was 139 chapters. At the price they charge it would cost you $139 US dollars to read.
