Sending reminders to customers shall be a easy process rather confusing one. After sending a single reminder again whole process of searching the policies need to re-initiate- very time consuming process. Either application should be user friendly or allow third party vendors to provide this service- so that renewal of customers may not get affected. ### 1/5 — For payment link, 6 days are too much and how to resend another link. Because of this, many LIC agents are forced to depend on private third-party apps just to provide quotations to customers. LIC has one of the largest agent networks in the country, and a stable, efficient quotation tool is essential for serving customers professionally. I sincerely request the concerned team to look into these issues and improve the app’s performance at the earliest. A reliable official app would greatly help agents and enhance the customer experience.
