Надела 1 раз, не стирая, без верхней одежды. Через пару часов появились катышки. Написала им на почту и вотсапп, думая, что это брак, там меня отправилт в магазин. Платье даже не взяли на экспертизу, просто сделали отписку про то, что я сама виновата. Видимо вещи из этого магазина должны висеть в шкафу, чтобы все было хорошо. НО… *2024-06-21* Уважаемые разработчики! Почему в приложении нет кнопки ,,отменить заказ,, ??? В чем сложность добавить кнопку отмены еще до стадии обработки заказа ? На горячую линию не дозвонишься , в вотсапе тоже не отвечают. А если не тот размер выбрал или адрес, потом жди неделю ( в мой город ) доставку и пытайся оформить возврат, что несет доп. затраты за доставки вашей же компании. **Developer response:** Добрый день! Но к сожалению при заказе ее через приложение очень много оплаченных заказов возвращаются под предлогом, что товара нет в наличии. Хотя в приложении все в наличии. Примерно за 1,5 месяца получила 4 возврата денежных средств вместо одежды. Пыталась заказать блузу в день когда она появилась в приложение, заказала (все было в наличии, блуза была добавлена в день оплаты). Через два дня получаю сообщение где пишут об отсутствии, то есть я одежду купила, а ее продолжили продавать. На мои вопросы почему так получилось, ответили: « Чтобы избежать такой ситуации, рекомендуем ЗВОНИТЬ и уточнять наличие товара». Тогда вопрос, зачем нужно данное приложение, если одежду после оплаты я не могу получить, а перед заказом нужно звонить на телефон горячей линии и уточнять наличие товаров. **Developer response:** Добрый день!
