## What is Lidar Scan 3D?

Lidar Scan 3D turns your rooms and objects into interactive 3D models and floor plans, using the LiDAR sensor on your iPhone Pro.

SCAN ROOMS AND HOMES
• Walk around a room and watch walls, doors, windows and furniture appear
• Scan several rooms into one home (Lifetime Premium)
• Explore the result as a 3D room or a 2D floor plan

MEASURE ROOMS
• Tap any wall to see its length, height, area and net area without doors and windows
• Tap a door, window or room for its size, floor area, perimeter and wall area
• Wall lengths are shown on the floor plan and around the 3D room
• Feet and inches or metres, following your region

ADJUST DIMENSIONS (Lifetime Premium)
• Change a wall's length or height with large plus and minus buttons, or type a value
• Connected walls follow, so square rooms stay square
• Resize or remove doors and windows, and rename rooms
• Undo, redo, or reset to the original scan at any time

PDF ROOM REPORTS (Lifetime Premium)
• An overview of every floor with each room's area and net area
• A page for each room with dimension lines and a map showing where it is
• Tables of walls, doors, windows and furniture
• Floor plan images and AirPrint printing

SCAN OBJECTS
• Walk slowly around an object with on-screen guidance
• Your iPhone builds a textured 3D model on the device
• Measure between two points and view the model in AR

SHARE AND EXPORT
• USDZ for AR Quick Look, Messages, Mail and Files
• OBJ with textures, STL and PLY for 3D software and 3D printing
• PNG images and turntable videos

ORGANISE
• Search, sort and filter your scans; add favourites and notes
• Optional iCloud sync, stored in your private iCloud

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account or signup
• Scans are made and stored on your iPhone; nothing is uploaded unless you turn on iCloud sync
• No ads, analytics or tracking

GOOD TO KNOW
• Requires an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor (iPhone 12 Pro or a later Pro model) running iOS 17 or later
• Measurements are approximate; check them before relying on them
• Matte, textured objects scan best; shiny, transparent or very thin objects may not reconstruct well

PRICING
Your first scan is free. Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited scans, whole-home scans, dimension editing and PDF reports. No subscription and no recurring charges.
