Tried deleting and reinstalling but that didn't work. Customer support from La Poste is terrible. Postscript: La Poste contacted me after this review. I went through the whole process again but it still did not work. And then they closed my service request again with 'resolved'. Last month I received an email telling me that mandatory renewal was necessary in July and giving instructions of how to achieve that - beginning with deletion of my account, deletion of the app and then recreation of my ID. I have now made at least five attempts to renew during the past two days and each time I receive a message that there is a technical error and asking me to try again later. Even after waiting until ‘later’ the same error message occurs. A great shame as the app has worked well for the past five years!
