- Why can't the festival schedule just be published on a website? No, app download required. Then you get to the festival, the app requires an update, freezes on the home screen and locks the user out.
- Idk if it's axs' problem your lido's or whoever's - but fix you f-ing bot detection. Can't but ticket for a week now

I bought tickets on dice and it directed me to the LIDO app to sign in to access them. Downloaded the app and there’s no sign in page to access my tickets. No support to contact about it either. Just keep being told by the sites/apps FAQs to go back to the platform we purchased from for support. How is another vendor supposed to help with your awful UX and lack of log in buttons on your app?! Please help sort this! Thanks.

Received an email from Dice where I purchased my tickets stating to log in to the Dice app to retrieve my tickets. There is nowhere to input my email other than to sign up for the newsletter. There should be a “my tickets” section which I cannot locate. Just keep getting diverted to the axs page to buy new tickets. Very disappointed. I specifically use Dice because of how terrible all the other ticketing apps are… zero stars.

Ok I’ll update. Except I’m at a festival with 20,000 people so there’s no 5g data available. Wouldn’t download the update all day. App is Useless!

Why do I have to download yet another app, which once I have done I can’t access!

Was told to download in the emails, the app literally just brings a popup to the axs site no point of it even existing. Also day before the festival still no schedule.
