Also and really important most important I could enter my own style. Needs to be removed from app store ### 3/5 — Looks like app abandoned, can’t make any songs for 3=weeks… *2024-12-10, version 1.9* Worked for a few months, now ii’s over. Tried to contact 5 emails, nothing. Sad because these guys could have been a contender with sumo. More complex melodies, etc, albeit super low bit rate… The actual algorithm is better than many other ai generated songs, especially jazzier type stuff. However sadly. 1 : You only get 2 minute songs. You could spend countless hours in a DAW trying to crossfade, edit your hit, but it kinda defeats the purpose. Problem 2: The prompt windows are tiny on an iPad. People complain the bandwidth jams on this app. I think half the reason is you can’t see your style prompts properly so you just keep pressing for a new song….I would recommend this app to loads of friends but I know the size windows alone make it difficult to use. If the developer actually tried to use it on an iPad they would see the issue, puzzling … When developers create a decent app and overlook basic functionality, others will step in and take over. Today it gives me the error that I’ve run out of credits!? I contacted the app creators and I’m still waiting to hear back. I then chose to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended and was still charged $35 dollars for a year subscription of the app that I do not want nor want to have to pay for. ZERO stars. Matter of fact I’ll give you each star for $7.00 each this way I’ll at least get back my money that you stole. ### 3/5 — App freeze when pressing share *2024-08-27, version 1.7.0* The app freeze when we want to share our music. ### 2/5 — Censorship *2024-08-24, version 1.7.0* I’ve used quite a few of these AI Music generators and LIDO was number two on my list but now I won’t be using it anymore. I keep getting the “potentially offensive” pop up - up top and there is nothing bad about these last handful of songs that I’ve done. In fact, until I change the title, which again was non-offensive your system had produced two songs with the exact same and now suddenly there’s a problem. However, this is not my first issue with LIDO. I was writing songs and including words like “I had a gun in my hand”, and “he’s gonna die” along with other lyrics of similar nature and they keep getting hit with that same pop-up. I believe you should have full creative control without limits. I maybe LIDO is from a country that doesn’t have such rights like China or Russia. Nonetheless, I’ll be sticking with the other more known AI Music generators and, I won’t come back to this app anymore ### 1/5 — Playing wrong song. *2024-07-30, version 1.5.1* When I click on one of the songs it plays the wrong one. This app stopped working all together. No longer gives you any real generated music and my year subscription has not expired but the app is completely useless now. Avoid this app like the plague! It’s not a functioning app and the developers seem to have abandoned this app all together.
