## What is LidTap?

Never wonder if you took it.

Stick any cheap NFC tag on a vitamin or supplement bottle, tap with your iPhone, and the dose is logged - instantly. Even from the lock screen. No typing. No "did you take it?" prompt. A tap is the log.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Stick an NTAG213 or NTAG215 sticker on the bottle. Any generic NFC tag works — nothing is locked to a branded kit.
2. Link it once in LidTap (name the supplement, scan, done).
3. Hold the top of your iPhone to the bottle whenever you take it.
4. The time is recorded. That’s the whole app.
